Empowering Healthier Lives Through Community Outreach

Putnam County EMS Community Outreach

At Putnam County EMS, our mission is to educate the community about our services and promote healthier, safer lives for residents. We are dedicated to introducing youth to the world of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and the broader healthcare field.

We enthusiastically offer our services to a wide range of audiences, including schools of all levels, churches, civic groups, and any gatherings interested in learning more about EMS and health and safety.

Our commitment to community engagement is exemplified by our Public Relations and Education visits, which are completely free of charge. While we primarily assign on-duty units to visit groups, ensuring that 9-1-1 service remains our top priority, we understand that emergencies can sometimes impact our schedule. Nevertheless, we value your event’s significance and will go to great lengths to ensure punctuality. In the rare event that we are delayed or have to reschedule, rest assured that we are always happy to accommodate your needs.

For more formal speaking engagements, we typically assign off-duty personnel, eliminating the risk of 9-1-1 interruption.

Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our mission to make our community healthier and safer while inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals.
